We will be voting to authorize the Board of Selectmen, on behalf of the Town, to borrow an amount not to exceed $400,000, and to appropriate $100,000 from Undesignated Fund Balance for any expenses related to the purchase including, but not limited to legal fees, down payment, or any other administrative expense. The final warrant articles will be posted at least seven days before the Special Town Meeting.
