The DART Project and Report
Design and Resiliency Teams provide pro-bono technical assistance to help communities develop a strategic vision and promote community resiliency. Through a competitive grant process, Vinalhaven was chosen as one of their focus communities in early 2017. Multiple agencies/partners support the program, including American Institute of Architechts and the New England Municipal Sustainability Network (a full list of the partners can be found in the final report).
